Information we collect
When you submit a business challenge through a form, we collect only the details needed to contact you and understand it: your name, organisation, role, email, phone number, organisation size, area of work, description of the challenge and desired outcome.
For people interested in collaborating, we collect name, email, collaboration preferences, areas of expertise, a short experience summary, acknowledgement of data use and submission time. Phone or LINE, preferred work locations and profile or portfolio links are optional. We may also record status, assigned contact, last contact date and relevant discussion notes.
Our hosting provider may record basic technical information, such as access times and security logs. As of this policy's last update, we have not installed Google Analytics, advertising pixels or behavioural analytics on this website.

Service providers and international transfers
We may use hosting, email and other providers necessary to receive and send information. Depending on their infrastructure, they may process data outside Thailand. We limit sharing to what is necessary and apply appropriate safeguards for the service involved.
Our collaboration form uses Google Forms, with responses stored in Google Sheets under restricted access. Neither the spreadsheet nor response summaries are public. Google may process data outside Thailand through its service infrastructure. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
Information submitted through website forms is not automatically sent to an LLM provider. If a project requires an AI tool or an external data transfer, we will define data boundaries, masking and appropriate approval before work begins.

Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with necessary service providers, people you authorise or authorities with a legal right to receive it. We retain contact information for no more than two years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or to resolve a dispute.
For potential collaborators, we do not publish profiles, send marketing or send automated response emails. We retain details for no more than two years after the last contact, or submission if no contact has occurred. At the end of this period or following an applicable deletion request, we delete both the Google Forms response and the corresponding Google Sheets row.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion or restriction of your information, object to its use or withdraw consent. Please contact us at the email below. We may verify your identity before acting on a request.
