AI Agents for Real Work

Workshop for organisations / TAILORFIT LEARNING

Reclaim time spent chasing information. Make the decisions that matter.

How many people do you chase for information before each decision?

Practise designing AI-assisted information gathering and drafting, with people retaining decision authority.

Know who you will work with and what is included

We match facilitators and specialists to the challenge and learners. The proposal identifies the delivery team, roles, activities and scope before agreement.

One course per cohort · Thai-language delivery on weekdays at your organisation

Included
Facilitation, digital materials, templates and review during workshop hours.
What your team takes away
Course outputs and a pilot or practice plan for your team to use, within the course scope.
After the workshop
Post-workshop follow-up and production deployment are not included. Additional work is scoped separately.
VAT and final price
VAT, if applicable, and additional costs are assessed separately and confirmed in the quote before agreement.
What preparation is included, and how do one and two days differ?

One online briefing of up to 45 minutes; activities adapted from the existing course for one main challenge; facilitator, coordination, digital materials, templates and review during workshop hours.

AI packages include one workshop assistant.

1 day: learn, practise and draft outputs. 2 days: work more deeply on the same course, with feedback and revisions around your team’s challenge.

Which costs are assessed separately?

Venue, catering, travel, accommodation, VAT if applicable, software, English-language delivery, weekends, additional participants and wholly new course design are quoted separately before agreement.

What if we need consulting or help after the workshop?

Production deployment and post-workshop follow-up services are not included. Pilot and practice plans are outputs for your team to use afterwards.

Organisational transformation consulting, AI adoption and bespoke process improvement are scoped and quoted separately.

Budgets reflect the scope above. Final pricing and the delivery team are confirmed in the proposal before agreement.

Evaluate value using your own work

Measure preparation time, completeness, errors and human review time against the current workflow.

Include workshop fees, learning time, tools and human review. The value of released capacity is not automatically a cash saving.

Calculation example — hypothetical figures

Illustrative numbers: a weekly status-report pilot

These are planning assumptions, not client results or promised outcomes. The team replaces them with its own baseline before running a pilot.

Time spent compiling updates

50% less

Four people × two hours = eight person-hours a week. A trial target of four hours includes the time people still spend checking the draft.

Value of time released

THB 76,800/year

Four hours saved a week × an assumed THB 400 loaded labour cost per hour × 48 weeks. This is capacity that could be used elsewhere, not immediate cash savings or guaranteed profit.

Overdue follow-ups

50% fewer

Illustrative baseline: ten a month. Trial target: no more than five, counting only items past a due date the team agreed.

How to verify it: collect at least two weeks of baseline effort and missed follow-ups, run a bounded four-week trial, then compare results including human review time, tool costs and errors.

Questions before deciding

How much time is needed?

1 day: identify suitable agent work, map the flow and practise reviewing answers with sample data. 2 days: workshop your team's process, permissions, bounded prototype and pilot measurement plan.

What prior knowledge does the team need?

We discuss participants’ experience, roles and challenge before agreeing the activities. Bring one workflow, shareable sample data and a rough estimate of today's effort. No confidential data is needed in the room.

Do we need company data?

Begin with sample data or examples you can share. Live data, permissions and tools must be agreed under your organisation’s requirements.

What determines the cost?

Fees depend on the challenge, participants, duration and outputs. Also consider tool costs and your team’s implementation time. System deployment or managed operations are not automatically included.

Who follows through after the workshop?

The four-week pilot plan is an output for your team to use; four weeks of follow-up services are not automatically included. Your organisation assigns owners to test and measure the work. Additional services require a separate agreement.

Compare this with your team’s situation

On Monday morning, an executive needs a project update by afternoon. One team opens a spreadsheet, another searches email, and a third waits for a colleague who is away. When the report is almost ready, two figures disagree. The manager starts calling around again. Information that should support a decision has become a scavenger hunt.

Illustrative scenario, not an actual client case

Explore the approach to this scenario

Adding another chatbot will not repair the handoffs between requests, data owners and approvals. We begin with the work that actually stalls, then decide what an AI agent may read, check and draft—and exactly where it must stop for a person. The agent does not silently change source data or send a consequential answer without review.

Imagine a weekly status report that takes four colleagues two hours each: eight person-hours every week. In the workshop, we do not connect to live systems first. We use sample data to follow one bounded path: receive a request → read approved sources → check dates and provenance → draft a summary and flag uncertainty → ask the process owner to review and approve.

IN THE ROOM

What we practise together

Teams work through a fictional case before adapting the map to their own process. At each step they make practical calls: Which source is reliable? Who may see which information? What should happen when two sources disagree?

  1. Illustrative Thai team selecting a pilot process and measuring current effort
Illustrative scene, not actual participants or clients
    01

Choose a pilot and establish the baseline: separate fixed rules from multi-step investigation, then estimate the time the team actually spends on the work.

  2. Illustrative Thai team mapping an agent workflow and human approval point
Illustrative scene, not actual participants or clients
    02

Map the agent's path from request to sources, freshness checks, a draft answer and owner review. Mark what happens if sources disagree.

  3. Illustrative participants reviewing an agent draft against sample documents
Illustrative scene, not actual participants or clients
    03

Practise with sample data: have an agent draft a sourced status update, inspect mistakes, set permissions and decide what must be approved before it is sent or acted on.

  4. Illustrative Thai team planning a four-week pilot on a board
Illustrative scene, not actual participants or clients
    04

Plan a four-week trial: name an owner, permitted scope, measures for time and missed follow-ups, a stop condition and a review before any wider rollout.

Start with the problem you want your team to handle better

We first ask what needs to improve, who will act and what progress would look like. Then we adapt the activities and outputs to your team.
