What your team gains

Outputs your team develops so you can see the next step

01

A clearer problem statement

Separate symptoms from root causes so learning targets the problem that actually matters.

02

Action Plan

Leave with a roadmap, priorities, owners and next steps clear enough to start the next working day.

03

Tools for the work

A template, checklist, canvas, dashboard outline, prompt framework or workflow tailored to your context.

04

A shared language across the team

Align executives, managers and operations around the same problem and course of action.

05

An executive decision brief

Summarise the decision or action in a brief that leaders and stakeholders can use.

06

Confidence to begin

Give participants a structure, practical instructions and a clear starting rhythm instead of leaving them to work it out alone.

Confidence before you start

Know what you are solving, how progress will be measured and who owns the next step

Agree the challenge, scope, outputs and evidence of progress so you can make decisions on a verifiable basis.

Before beginning:

Agree on what should change

Define the challenge, scope, baseline and what 'better' means together.

ON THE WAY

Work on the team's real tasks

Use the data, processes and constraints the team actually faces—not a distant case study.

Before the end

Review what the team will use next

Check the deliverables, owners, next steps and review process so work can continue.

Digital Transformation × Kaizen

Invest where work gets stuck. Find the fix before buying another system.

This starting point is a process-improvement workshop with your team. We follow one process end to end, expose waiting, repeated entry and handoffs, then decide which steps to remove, redesign or support digitally. It is not a commitment to implement an organisation-wide system.

Scope we agree together

Choose the process, participants, baseline and measures before work begins. The team maps the before-and-after flow, prioritises Kaizen opportunities and drafts a small trial with an owner, measures and a decision gate.

Who should participate

The process owner, frontline staff and team lead validate the real work. IT or data owners join when systems, data or integrations are involved. Scope, outputs and costs are confirmed after discussing your challenge.

Hypothetical Scenarios

From uncertainty to deliverables and a path the team can follow

The following nine cases are hypothetical scenarios, not client projects or results already achieved. Each shows how a team could use a workshop to analyze a challenge, apply AI appropriately, and design documents, screens, or processes.

The workflows, baselines, and targets are all hypothetical examples used to explain how results could be measured. Metrics and targets for a real project must be set using the organization’s baseline data, workload, and constraints.
Manufacturing

PRODUCTION FACTORY

Part factory

Reduce the defect with a shared A3 report, not toss it around.

If defects recur on a production line and production, QA, and engineering each have different hypotheses, the team would use its own defect data in the workshop to rank issues, test hypotheses against evidence, and design small experiments before changing the wider process.

How AI could help: The team could use AI to summarize defect logs, group fault patterns, suggest hypotheses to test, and draft an A3 report covering the problem, root cause, countermeasure, and owner.

Outputs the team would design: defect priority, experiment plan, A3 report live version and daily quality review format.

Hypothetical figures: baselines and targets demonstrate a measurement method and must be reset using the organization’s actual data.

Food Factory/FMCG

Make the sales team, planning, and factory meet with the same set of data.

If orders change quickly, some materials are scarce, and each team has a different forecast file, the workshop would map the process from demand signals, stock, capacity, and lead time through to escalation rules and decision ownership.

How AI could help: The team could use AI to summarize forecast notes, flag initial anomalies, model higher or lower demand, and draft an S&OP meeting to talk about decisions, not about files

Outputs the team would design: planning rhythm, exception rule, data checklist, S&OP template and decision log for monitoring resolutions

Hypothetical figures: baselines and targets demonstrate a measurement method and must be reset using the organization’s actual data.

Compare AI use cases before making a major investment

If leadership wants to use AI but the team has scattered use case ideas, the team would compare each idea’s value, cost, and risk. In the workshop, it would gather frontline ideas, score impact, feasibility, data readiness, and risk, then select pilots suited to the first 90 days.

How AI could help: The team could use AI to turn pain points into use cases, find duplicate ideas, draft pilot charters, and prototype prompts or workflows for selected trials.

Outputs the team would design: AI use case portfolio, scoring matrix, pilot charter, risk guardrail and roadmap 30-60-90 days

Hypothetical figures: baselines and targets demonstrate a measurement method and must be reset using the organization’s actual data.

Hospital/Clinic

Reduce wait time and make all branches see service issues in the same language.

If patients complain about long waits across several clinic branches, reception staff, nurses, and branch managers may describe the problem differently. In the workshop, the team would map the journey from booking through follow-up, then compare it with the organization’s wait-time data and information gaps.

How AI could help: The team could use AI to group customer feedback and complaints into pain points, draft patient interview questions, and prioritize quick wins using an impact-effort matrix.

Outputs the team would design: service blueprint, dashboard branch page metrics, checklists reduce repetitive tasks, and a 30-day improvement plan.

Hypothetical figures: baselines and targets demonstrate a measurement method and must be reset using the organization’s actual data.

Hotel/Hospitality

Design an optional sales conversation that doesn't make guests feel overwhelmed.

If front-desk staff have several add-on services but offer them inconsistently, some may fear disrupting the guest experience while others may explain too quickly. The team would use guest types, reasons for travel, and front-desk situations to create personas and practice consultative conversations.

How AI could help: The team could use AI to create role-play scenarios, draft persona-based scripts, summarize common objections, and refine wording so it sounds polite, concise, and natural.

Outputs the team would design: upsell playbooks, conversation scripts, objection handling sheets, and weekly KPIs that teams can use to coach themselves.

Call Center / Customer Support

Turn many complaints into insights for solving root causes.

If a support team handles complaints daily but monthly reports contain only case counts and broad topics, leaders may struggle to see what to fix first. In the workshop, the team would classify de-identified complaints by symptom, cause, owner, and customer impact.

How AI could help: The team could use AI to summarize complaints, detect keyword patterns, propose an initial taxonomy, and draft a monthly improvement brief for leaders.

Outputs the team would design: complaint taxonomy, root cause board, prompt template for report summary and monthly improvement backlog

Importers & Distributors

See products with real profit, not just sales figures

If a company sells many product groups but some SKUs occupy warehouse space, move slowly, and tie up cash, sales, warehouse, finance, and purchasing would review the same data in the workshop and classify products by profit and cash-flow role.

How AI could help: The team could use AI to review an initial product table, suggest margin and turnover questions, identify slow-moving SKU patterns, and draft clearance messaging for sales.

Outputs the team would design: product portfolio matrix, stock policy, clearance plan, reorder rule and decision brief for executives

Hypothetical figures: baselines and targets demonstrate a measurement method and must be reset using the organization’s actual data.

Multichannel retail

Arrange roles in front of Marketplace TikTok stores and agents to not compete with each other.

If sales channels chase their own targets, promotions conflict, and the team is unsure which customers belong in which channel, the workshop would map customer segments, channel roles, margins, and repeat buying before designing a new promotion rhythm and weekly sales review.

How AI could help: The team could use AI to summarize customer reviews, group common questions by channel, draft content angles for each segment, and prepare a weekly sales review template.

Outputs the team would design: channel role map, promotion calendar, customer segment brief, review template and rule what channels to sell

Hypothetical figures: baselines and targets demonstrate a measurement method and must be reset using the organization’s actual data.

B2B Sales / Dealer Network

Make an account plan for the sales team to know which customers to take care of.

If some existing dealers order less often or switch to competitors while sales staff visit every account equally, the workshop team would build a dealer health score from purchasing, product, open-issue, and growth data, then turn it into account-specific follow-up plans.

How AI could help: The team could use AI to summarize customer history from sales notes, suggest initial next-best actions, draft follow-up messages, and group accounts by risk signals.

Outputs the team would design: dealer health score, account plan, pipeline review board and follow-up cadence for sales team
