Evaluate value using your own work

Use scenarios and debriefs to review communication, delegation and appropriate escalation.

Include workshop fees, learning time, tools and human review. The value of released capacity is not automatically a cash saving.

Calculation example — hypothetical figures

Illustrative numbers: communicate sooner without skipping checks

A practice scenario, not an actual client result or guarantee. These are coordination measures, not measures of mental health or psychological safety.

Time to first verified update

75% less

An illustrative four hours after the disruption could become one hour, sharing only confirmed facts and naming what remains unknown.

Response actions without an owner

80% fewer

A fictional ten unowned items after an incident meeting could become no more than two, with temporary owners for unresolved points.

Coordination time released

6 hours per incident

If six people each spend one hour rather than two chasing information, six hours are released per incident—an assumed THB 2,400 of capacity at THB 400 an hour, not cash savings or guaranteed profit.

How to verify it: time a simulated event and assess update accuracy, unowned actions and coordination hours. If applying it to real work, review with the team and never use speed targets to pressure anyone into skipping verification.

Questions before deciding

How much time is needed?

1 day: practise steadying, listening, communication and a simulated event. 2 days: workshop a relevant disruption, response plan and 30-day team practice.

What prior knowledge does the team need?

We discuss participants’ experience, roles and challenge before agreeing the activities. Bring a difficult event you can discuss without personal or confidential details, plus the team's current approach to updates and after-action reviews.

Do we need company data?

Begin with sample data or examples you can share. Live data, permissions and tools must be agreed under your organisation’s requirements.

What determines the cost?

Fees depend on the challenge, participants, duration and outputs. Also consider tool costs and your team’s implementation time. System deployment or managed operations are not automatically included.

Who follows through after the workshop?

The 30-day practice plan is an output for your team to use; 30 days of coaching or follow-up are not automatically included. Your organisation assigns owners to test and measure the work. Additional services require a separate agreement.

Compare this with your team’s situation

On Tuesday morning, a supplier says a major delivery will miss its deadline. The customer wants an answer. Sales asks Operations, Operations asks Procurement, and the team chat grows tense. All eyes turn to the manager. They do not need every answer in the first minute, but they do need a clear account of what is known, what is not, and what happens next.

Illustrative scenario, not an actual client case

Explore the approach to this scenario

Resilience Leadership is not a demand to endure silently or stay positive without facts. Leaders practise noticing pressure, listening to the effects on people and customers, communicating without blame, choosing a response under constraints, and learning afterwards so the team is better prepared next time.

In our fictional scenario, it has taken four hours to send the first update confirmed across teams. The workshop tests a response and ownership pattern that could bring this to one hour without sending unverified claims. We also look at whether fewer actions are left without owners and whether people have been heard—not merely whether a message went out faster.

IN THE ROOM

What we practise together

Participants play team lead, Sales, Operations and customer liaison in a simulation. They pause, ask non-blaming questions, compare options with incomplete information and draft an honest update that names the next check-in time.

  1. Illustrative Thai leader pausing and listening during an unexpected disruption
Illustrative scene, not actual participants or clients
    01

Get steady before leading: notice your own response under pressure, separate fact from assumption and identify what must be decided now.

  2. Illustrative Thai leader practising a clear uncertainty update
Illustrative scene, not actual participants or clients
    02

Listen and communicate through uncertainty: ask frontline colleagues about impact, state what is known and unknown, and name the next update time without overpromising.

  3. Illustrative Thai managers comparing practical response options
Illustrative scene, not actual participants or clients
    03

Rehearse response options: compare effects on customers, people and operations; assign owners and escalation points; adjust when new facts arrive.

  4. Illustrative Thai team reflecting and planning 30 days of practice
Illustrative scene, not actual participants or clients
    04

Learn and practise for 30 days: run a non-blaming after-action review, choose one leadership behaviour to practise and set team check-ins.

Start with the problem you want your team to handle better

We first ask what needs to improve, who will act and what progress would look like. Then we adapt the activities and outputs to your team.
