Check critical details
Verify names, titles, protocol order, pronunciation and concise introductions.
Use voice and stage presence
Practise microphone technique, clear speech, pauses, audience contact and a tone suited to the event.
Link segments and keep time

Respond when plans change
Rehearse a late speaker, shifting schedule, equipment issue or unexpected question while sharing only confirmed information.
